Last week, I was a few of days in the Thuringian forest. After the dinner we made a walk. 

On this place we made some pictures of the wonderful landscape. 

I choose black and white for this picture, 

because I think there are to much colors who distract from the landscape.

This picture was made in the near of the youth hostel in Schneet. 

The height of this hill where the youth hostel is is about 780m. 

You have a nice view from this place and a lot of interesting places in near.

Letzte Woche war ich ein paar Tage im Thüringer Wald. Wir waren in einer 

Jugendherberge im kleinen Ort Schneet untergebracht. Nach dem Abendbrot sind wir 

eine Runde gelaufen und haben Bilder gemacht. Unweit der Jugendherberge ist 

dieses Foto entstanden. Es ist ein HDR aus einer 3er Belichtungsreihe, welches ich 

aber aufgrund der doch heftigen Farben so kurz vor Sonnenuntergang 

in Schwarz-Weiß bearbeitet habe, so kommt der dramatische Himmelbesser zur Geltung. 

Die Jugendherberge ist auf dem 781m hohen Simmersberg in der nähe von Masserberg.
